...And the hits just keep on comin'. Week five saw a lot of upsets in college football and the Pac 10 wasn't immune to the improbable. Week six was simply unbelievable.

College football nearly saw the #1 and #2 teams in the land get knocked off at home (had it not been for some woefully inept coaching by Florida's coach Urban Meyer), but when all was said and done, the Pac 10 saw a weak Notre Dame team shock UCLA in the Rose Bowl, and an even weaker team knock off USC in their house.

This really played havok with the College Fix Pick 'em contest, and nobody ran the table... nobody was even over .500. This week saw ten of the 21 participants at 2-2, while the other 11 went just 1-3. Enough to make us all feel like we're morons!

I should point out that one NON-Participant, Collegefix newcomer,, Mcdawg actually picked Notre dame to take out UCLA, so he get's honors for having the pick of the week, despite not being included in the contest.

For the week, DM14, Global, GoDawgs!, ThaiCoug, Frogmenrule,Kenber, TrojanBacker, 2*2*2, DemonDog, and Hey4hawks all went 2-2... The rest went 1-3.

ThaiCoug took sole possession of first place with his stellar 2-2 record last week.
